1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChainLuck ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
ChainLuck is currently operating on BNB Chain Testnet for testing purposes only. No real monetary value is involved during the testnet phase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ChainLuck. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement and that participation in raffle or lottery-style activities is legal in your jurisdiction.
It is your responsibility to ensure your use of ChainLuck complies with all applicable laws in your country or region. We do not accept users from jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited.
3. How ChainLuck Works
ChainLuck is a blockchain-based raffle platform. Users purchase tickets using BNB. Tickets are assigned sequential numbers. Winners are selected manually by the platform administrator. Prize distributions are handled according to the published prize structure.
All ticket purchases and transactions are recorded on the BNB blockchain and are publicly verifiable.
4. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds are issued once a transaction has been sent to the blockchain, regardless of the transaction outcome.
Ticket numbers are assigned sequentially and are unique per raffle. Your ticket numbers are confirmed once the blockchain transaction is verified by our system.
The platform is not responsible for failed transactions due to network conditions, insufficient gas, or wallet errors.
5. Prize Payouts
Prize payouts are conducted manually by the platform administrator. Winners are publicly announced on the platform. Payouts are sent in BNB to the winning wallet address on record.
The platform targets payout completion within a reasonable timeframe after winner selection. The platform is not liable for delays caused by network congestion or technical issues.
6. Revenue Allocation
For each raffle, revenue is allocated as follows: 63% to the prize pool, 30% to platform operations and development, and 7% to the liquidity/rollover fund. This allocation is published publicly and applied automatically.
7. Wallet & Account Security
ChainLuck uses wallet-based authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys and wallet. The platform has no ability to recover lost wallets or private keys.
Never share your private keys or seed phrases with anyone, including ChainLuck staff.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: attempt to manipulate the raffle system; use automated bots to purchase tickets; attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities; engage in fraudulent transactions; or violate any applicable law.
The platform reserves the right to disqualify entries and withhold prizes from users found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.
9. Disclaimers
ChainLuck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific prize amounts, or specific raffle schedules.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Always double-check transaction details before confirming.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainLuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, arising from your use of the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
