Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

1. Overview

ChainLuck ("Platform", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Because ChainLuck is a blockchain-based platform, some information — specifically wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and ticket numbers — is recorded on the public BNB blockchain and is inherently public by design.

2. Information We Collect

Wallet address: When you connect your wallet, your public blockchain address is recorded. This is used to identify your account and assign tickets.

Transaction data: Transaction hashes, BNB amounts, ticket counts, and timestamps are recorded when you purchase tickets.

Usage data: Standard server logs may include IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This is used for security and operational purposes only.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifying information beyond your wallet address.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: operate and maintain the platform; assign and track ticket ownership; process and verify blockchain transactions; calculate and distribute prizes; display public winner information; and ensure platform security.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

4. Blockchain Data

Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Your wallet address, transaction amounts, and ticket assignments are visible to anyone who queries the BNB blockchain. This is inherent to how blockchain technology works and is not within our control.

Winner wallet addresses are displayed publicly on the platform as part of the transparent raffle process.

5. Data Storage & Security

Platform data is stored in a secure, encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections, authentication tokens, and rate limiting.

While we take security seriously, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process data:

  • Vercel — Frontend hosting (may log request data)
  • Railway — Backend hosting (may log request data)
  • Neon — Database hosting
  • CoinGecko API — BNB price data (no user data sent)
  • WalletConnect — Wallet connectivity service

7. Cookies & Local Storage

ChainLuck uses browser local storage to store your authentication token (JWT) and wallet connection state. This data remains on your device and is not sent to third parties. You can clear this at any time by disconnecting your wallet or clearing browser storage.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: disconnect your wallet and stop using the platform at any time; request information about data we hold associated with your wallet address; request deletion of off-chain data we hold (note: on-chain data cannot be deleted).

To exercise these rights, contact us through the platform's official channels.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Contact

For privacy-related questions or requests, please contact us through the platform's official channels.
